Stack & Signal LLC (“Stack & Signal,” “we,” “us”) runs this website. This policy explains, in plain English, what information we collect when you use it and what we do with it. We keep this short because we collect very little.
What we collect
The only information we collect is what you choose to type into the contact form: your name, email address, the service you select, and your project brief. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies, and we do not ask for any information beyond those fields.
How we use it
We use your submission for one purpose: to read your inquiry and reply with a scope and quote. When you submit the form, the details are delivered to our private team notification channel (via a Discord webhook) so the founder sees it and responds. Your email address is used only to reply to you. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone, and we do not add you to any marketing list.
Hosting & technical data
The site is hosted on Vercel, which — like any web host — processes standard server request data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve pages and protect against abuse. We use your IP address transiently to rate-limit the contact form against spam; it is not stored in a database or used to identify you. Data retention
Inquiry messages live in our team notification channel and email. We keep them as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of the engagement. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
Your choices
To access, correct, or delete anything you’ve sent us, just email nick@stackandsignal.agency and we’ll take care of it. Since we don’t set tracking cookies, there’s nothing to opt out of on that front.
Changes
